Terms & Conditions
(1) Tickets & Entry
Each attendee must present a valid QR ticket and government photo-ID. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Tickets are non-transferable except as per Clause 3. Rights of Admission Reserved.
(2) Re-entry
Re-entry is allowed with an event wristband/stamp and valid ID, subject to capacity. Attendees consent to security/bag checks and CCTV at the venue. Venue rules apply.
(3) Refunds/Transfers
No refund, except as set out in Clause (4) or where required by law/platform policy. Free transfer to another person—request by email at least 24 hours before the event. Resale/scalping is prohibited.
(4) Reschedule/Cancellation
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid; a full refund may be requested within the window communicated. If cancelled, a full refund of face value will be issued to the original payment method. Platform convenience fees follow platform policy.
(5) Event Timings
Gates open ~30 minutes before the first session. Speakers, sessions, seating, and zone layouts may change for operational/safety reasons.
(6) Safety & Child Protection
Child-first event. Open-door rule in all zones; no one-to-one behind closed doors. Report any concern at the Safeguarding Desk or call +91-9980545813. Staff/volunteers are ID-badged.
(7) Health & Conduct
Be respectful; no body-shaming, misinformation, harassment, or disruption. The organiser may remove anyone creating risk or nuisance. Tobacco, vaping, and alcohol use are prohibited in family areas.
(8) Prohibited Items
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials, outside drones, laser pointers, or professional A/V gear without written approval. Outside food/beverage not allowed except baby food or medical needs.
(9) Food & Allergens
Only vendor-approved food may be sampled on site. Attendees are responsible for checking allergen information before consumption.
(10) Photography/Video
Wristband indicates consent preference. Crowd scenes may be captured as legitimate event coverage. For takedown requests of published media, email hello@hlty.care
(11) Data & Privacy
By booking, you authorise essential communications (ticket/QR, reminders, schedule/venue changes, safety, refunds/transfers) via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Marketing is opt-in and can be unsubscribed anytime. We process data per the HLTY.Care Privacy Notice and applicable Indian law.
(12) Minors' Data
Any information for a minor must be provided by their parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data directly.
(13) Accessibility
Wheelchair access, quiet room, and feeding room available; write to support@hlty.care for specific needs 72 hrs prior.
(14) Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their belongings. Organisers and venue are not liable for loss or damage.
(15) Third-party Stalls
Exhibitor claims and samples must comply with event Exhibitor Ethics. The organiser may pause/remove non-compliant activity.
(16) Changes
Program, speakers, seating, and zone layouts are subject to change without prior notice for safety/operational reasons.
(17) Liability & Activity Risk
Attendees participate in movement/activities at their own risk. Organisers/venue are not liable for injury or loss except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
(18) Force Majeure
If performance is prevented by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government orders), the organiser may reschedule or cancel per Clause (4).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
(19) These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
